Abstract

On November 3, we conducted our first BioBlitz in Broward County, in Tree Tops Park. BioBlitzes are citizen-science biodiversity surveys. Last Saturday, our preliminary results indicate that we contributed, with the help of many volunteers, both biodiversity data (275 observations of 139 species) and geographic information (27.2 miles of trails and 208 geotagged photos).
